This policy currently applies to the official website and the Web Demo. It will be updated again before the App version officially launches, based on the App's actual features and third-party services.
2. The Official Website and Hosting
This website does not require user accounts, and it does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics tools.
The website is hosted by a third-party web hosting provider. In order to serve the site, maintain security and troubleshoot technical issues, the hosting provider may process basic technical data such as IP addresses, device and browser information, and request logs. The Web Demo is hosted externally on itch.io, not directly on this website.
3. App Version (In Development)
The full App version of HK Life: Legacy is still in development and has not been publicly released.

The App Store, Google Play and FPS are services that will only become active later. Once the actual payment flow has been tested and confirmed, this policy will be updated accordingly.
When you leave this website and use a third-party platform, that platform handles data under its own privacy policy. This policy does not cover how third-party platforms process data.
